Patient Support Survey 2018

Picture
Teddington Trust is a registered charity, and our remit is to provide practical and emotional support and guidance to the xeroderma pigmentosum community. We have been actively working with XP families since 2012 following the diagnosis of a member of our own family, with XP.

Here at Teddington Trust we are looking to the future, and we want to make sure that our direction best meets the needs of all within the XP community in the UK and further afield. We are mindful that some have been engaged with us for many years, whereas some have had little or no contact with us and may not have been aware of our existence. Your answers are very important to us, to make sure we can support you all as best we can in the years ahead.

The following are some brief questions to help us get a better understanding of who is accessing our services and how we can develop as a charity over the years to come, to better meet and support your current and future needs.

Thank you very much for your time, it's greatly appreciated!
