Teddington Trust have teamed up with Dekko Comics to create a special one-off series of three comic book stories created by, and for YOU, our XP pre-teen and teenage patients.

If you are aged 8-18 years old and have XP or are a sibling of a patient with XP you can have your say and help us create this comic series. The three comics will be cover the following overall themes:

1. What would you like your friends, family, and others to know about you and living with XP?
2. What information would you (as a patient or sibling) like anwers to, when thinking about living with a rare disease/XP?
3. What would help you? (technology, aids, peoples views anything)

Please take a few minutes to complete the following boxes with your thoughts and have your say.
